Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10-15 years of progressive experience in ITSM roles, preferably within IT Consulting, Products, or Service Integrator Companies.
Extensive experience in the design, deployment, and management of ITSM solutions and processes.
Proven track record of leading IT transformation initiatives and operating model redesigns.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to tackle complex challenges.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at the executive level.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous improvement.
ITIL4 certification is preferred.
