Description
As an engineer on the team, you will help guide the products, applications, and features that bring the best of our complex search technologies to Apple users. From Natural Language Processing, Query Understanding, Machine Learning, Ranking and Relevance, Big Data consumption all the way to complex experiences. Be ready to architect and develop robust products and applications for Search Applications and across Siri, Spotlight and Safari.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 2 years of industry work experience
  • Strong Computer Science fundamentals including familiarity with basic algorithms and data structures
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • Opinionated product-sense and focus on the end user-experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advance degree in CS
  • In-depth experience with server-side development and deployment
  • Demonstrated experience with a modern high-level programming language such as Go or Swift
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $121,909 and $214,500 annualized, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
