Job Description
Responsibility and Primary Activities
- This position is responsible of managing all the FG supply from order placing till full release to the market and will be the primary point of contact for Fulfillment Planning as well as liaison with upstream Site Planners and local human health marketing, commercial operations and cross functional team to ensure the compliant supply .
- The incumbent will lead all end to end fulfillment planning process under GOM(global operating model) in support of supply activities in the assigned territory .
- Make it visible and manage the supply issues through tier process and cross-functional collaboration with various parties and stakeholders \
- Alliance management with business partner to ensure the stable and compliant supply of vaccine products
- Lead the new product launch from fulfillment planning perspective to support the business growth
- Manage all the network change divestiture, source change, designated projects with product leader, end to end planner to ensure the supply continuity
- Support regional SCM activities and initiatives for cost and efficiency improvement purposes
- Develop , drive and optimize the fulfillment planning performance through continuous improvement and standard operating procedure as well as KPIs
- Tier Process: Communicate supply constraints and issues to relevant human health division, supply chain management stakeholders
- Execute allocations or priorities for the Market or Region in case of supply constraints
- Collaborate with SCM team to achieve department goals and objectives
- Other assignments as per business needs

Oversight fulfillment planning to ensure reliable and compliant supply
Manage and resolve all FG supply related issues to support business
Meet the profit plan and value capture target Work with respective parties to minimize the IQV while well balance the supply end
Develop and build a capable fulfillment planning team
Expected Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in SCM, Logistics or Management is preferred.
- Minimum 8- 10 years experience in logistics or supply chain functional area in a Pharmaceutical MNC environment will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills are essential
- Familiar with ERP/SAP and Must be proficient in English
- Possess business acumen and understand market dynamics
- Strong leadership and Inclusion Behavior as well as high engagement
- Strategic thinking and excellent analytical capability as well as presentation skills
