Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• Experience in Implementation of EPBCS cloud with strong Application Development process experience on PBCS/EPBCS and good knowledge on consolidation/reconciliation process.
• Out of the module experience(Finance, workforce & Capex).
• Good experience in data management and integration with source systems directly.
• Hands- on experience of writing complex business rules and groovy scripting.
• Responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, integration, and management of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPBCS) solutions.
• Lead a team of EPBCS specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and business leaders, to ensure successful deployment and optimization of Oracle EPBCS solutions.
• Oracle EPBCS Implementation: Lead or participate in the end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPBCS modules, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions that align with best practices and industry standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, business unit heads, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements, provide strategic guidance, and align Oracle EPBCS initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Good to have: Financial Consolidation & Close, Management Reporting, SmartView, Profitability and Cost Management Cloud, Account Reconciliation, Enterprise Data management/ Data Integration, Essbase etc.

Experience:

• Proven track record with a minimum of 5 years in customer-facing implementation projects, particularly in EPBCS is highly preferred.
• Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of EPBCS (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:
  • Oracle Cloud EPBCS
  • PCMCS - Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
  • Narrative Reporting
• Proven experience in leading Oracle EPBCS implementations, specifically focusing on out of the box modules.
• Genuine passion for assisting customers in their digital finance transformation journey.

Education:

• Should be a graduate from any reputed educational institution with finance is preferred, having Oracle certification is an added advantage.
