Essential Responsibilities

• Partner with Site and Supply Chain Leadership to support the delivery of business priorities using Lean.
• Support the execution of kaizens and Lean events to deliver on the Continuous Improvement roadmap.
• Identify major processes, key performance indicators (KPIs) and improvement opportunities.
• Establish and drive sustainment of Daily Management across the business partner’s processes.
• Responsible for driving Lean Maturity levels across the Value Stream as per the GE HC Lean Framework
• Development and deployment of a Kaizen funnel required to achieve objectives for the year and/or as part of a multi-year program.
• Develop Lean capabilities by training and coaching key team members to build Lean muscle within the organization, resulting in less reliance on the central lean team.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or analytical domain with a preference for Supply Chain Management
• Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, food or related industries
• Experience leading large complex transformation in transactional environments (as opposed to manufacturing only)
• Proven successful application of Lean tools, for example Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving, , Visual Daily Management, Policy Deployment
• Willing to travel up to 30%, primarily within Europe
• Strong communication ability across all levels of the business and between all functions with the ability to grow cross functional relationships and to influence outside of immediate sphere of control.
