As a Senior Executive Assistant within the Central Control Management team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Head of Control Management (Corporate Centers, India & Philippines) and other key members. Job responsibilities
- Maintain complex and detailed calendar
- Screen incoming calls and determine the level of priority, while using caution in dispensing information
- Manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings in partnership with Chief of Staff and other executive team members
- Arrange and coordinate complicated domestic and international travel
- Organize all aspects of internal and external events, including catering and transportation
- Process invoices and T&E expense claims, ensuring all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines
- Assist with staff on-boarding and off-boarding, which includes requesting equipment setup and system access
- Produce high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
- Maintain department documents, including current organizational charts and Executive biographies
- Handle regular activities without prompting, and anticipate issues or delays
- Assist with printing and binding as needed for internal and external meetings
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software/tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
