Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that supports and extends the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage the entire content creation process, from ideation, production to publication, ensuring high-quality and consistent output.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a content creation team while coordinating with other departments for smooth content synchronization.
  • Define strategy and design strategic solutions for customer experience based on stakeholder interviews, research analysis, persona creation, user needs, journey maps, and business requirements
  • Interpret client needs in real time throughout an experience and create frameworks/activities/templates to support them
  • Prototype in real-time frameworks, diagrams, interfaces or slides to enhance understanding and alignment
  • Design and create outputs from a client session using different visual components ranging from brochure, video, website, prototype etc depending on the needs of the client
  • Manage Independence, quality and staffing for sessions

  • Proficient in editing and proofreading
  • Familiarity with design and layout concepts

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Detail-oriented Experience Required: 7-9 years of experience in content creation and management with a proven track record of executing successful content strategy.
