Key responsibilities

• Process day to day requests: vendor set-up, vendor update, reactivation and deactivation
• Error resolution and customer support for internal stakeholders (Procurement and Finance functions)
• Fraud prevention through bank validation process, data validation and overall maintenance of Vendor Master Data, adhering to data governance policies and ensuring high quality of data
• Investigate and resolve queries, regarding vendor maintenance matters, either by Teams or email, continuously assess data quality and propose improvement initiatives
• Play an active role in defining Vendor Master Data standards, rules, and policies liaising with relevant business and technical teams

Key skills and qualifications

• 1 years experience in Accounts Payable/CashDisbursements/ Accounting/Procurement/Master Data areas
• Professional Degree in finance related area
• Work experience with SAP FI module must have ; Service Now and Oracle are a plus
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with little supervision, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and identify work priorities, good communication skills both written and oral
