Your responsibilities:
Assistance to Project Engineering Manager in the technical delivery of assigned projects using value engineering
Coordinate input from various key internal and external stakeholders, including ownership of projects (e.g., HVAC system design).
Responsible for producing and coordinating the Tier 2 engineering/design presentation. This typically includes:
- I/O data point List
- Equipment Schedule & Schematics
- Device / Wiring Layout Drawings
- Functional Specifications
- Method statements (Project Specific)
- Commissioning
- Demonstration / Acceptance
- Training Handover Documentation
Convert the above functional specification document / customer requirements into an operational system, then complete off site testing to confirm operational effectiveness passing through design, commissioning, acceptance test
Use Change Control logs to create a full audit trail of all design changes in order to support the Project Manager in his Change Order Management activities
Must have:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related
Excellent computer skills, basic knowledge of networking
English language (medium level)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
3-5 years of experience in building automation, knowledge of HVAC systems with on-site experience
Basic knowledge of electrical diagrams as a plus
