As the Plant Director, you will be the catalyst forchange, leading an organization of managers, professionals, and operators inthe manufacturing of Honeywell’s world-class products. Your role is pivotal innurturing a culture of high performance, driving safety, productivity, andexceptional quality across Honeywell Aerospace’s complex production facilities.You will employ your leadership prowess to develop strategies, ensureaccountability, and foster continuous improvement. By coaching your managers inleadership and behavioral competencies, you will empower them to deliverimpactful business results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- People Leadership: Champion a high-performance culture, ensuring the execution of plant maintenance programs and the development of supervisors and individual contributors.
- Performance Excellence: Lead productivity enhancement projects and strategy development, driving a culture that thrives on continuous improvement.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with suppliers to forge relationships that yield mutually beneficial results, enhancing customer satisfaction and cross-functional teamwork.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- A Bachelor’s degree as a testament to your foundational knowledge.
- A minimum of 8 years in supply chain or operations, leading with foresight and innovation.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience, cultivating a high-performance team culture.
