Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing.
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently to interact with the local customers as well as international stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in leadership and project management, including managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects.
- Experience in planning and executing ABM and ABE strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) and the ability to manage demand for pipeline processing and progression.
- Knowledge of technology such as Containers, Serverless, databases, data warehouses, AI, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical subjects to technical audiences, and express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
