Role Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ProjectManager to lead and manage our Airport ICT , Security Systems and Special Airport Systems projectsfor Red Sea Airport Master Terminal. As the Project Manager, you will beresponsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, andcompletion of projects related to information and communication technology(ICT) and security systems within the airport environment.

1. Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope,timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define projectrequirements and objectives.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies andbest practices.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, andproactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters,schedules, budgets, and status reports.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with airportauthorities, clients, and key project stakeholders.
- Regularly communicate project updates, milestones, anddeliverables to stakeholders.
- Address stakeholder concerns and manage expectationsthroughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the airport's Engineering and DeliveryTeams to integrate systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Implement quality control processes to ensure the deliveryof high-quality systems and services.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify compliancewith specifications and standards.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including technical,operational, and financial risks.
- Implement effective change management processes to handlescope changes and minimize project disruptions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering,or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a ProjectManager, specifically in managing ICT and security system projects within theairport or aviation industry.
• Strong knowledge of airport ICTinfrastructure, security systems, Special Airports System and relevant industrystandards and regulations.
• Excellent project managementskills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities,with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional communication,negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in project managementsoftware and tools.
• PMP certification or equivalent isa plus.
