• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of electrical engineering experience specifically in power electronics, designing, testing, and debugging power electronics such as AC/DC, DC/DC and DC/AC power conversion, switching power supplies, driver circuits, and battery systems

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering or similar
• Deep understanding of different power electronics circuit topologies, designing or testing products for safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Experience with technologies such as: power optimization, board design, thermal, mechanical, BIOS, BMC, signal integrity, networking, product validation and issue root cause experience in gathering requirements and developing specifications
