  • Own the three-year growth strategy for UK business sellers, translating it into actionable annual plans with clear goals and resource alignment.

  • Drive acquisition and lifecycle programs that empower small businesses and deliver year-over-year revenue growth.

  • Use data and insights to optimise the seller experience and embed scalable, continuous improvement across all programmes.

  • Represent eBay externally — with sellers, government, and industry partners — ensuring our role as a trusted marketplace leader.

  • Partner with global, regulatory, and comms teams to align strategy, reduce friction, and maintain eBay’s reputation as a customer-first brand.

  • Lead the team responsible for Buyer Growth ensuring we understand the dynamics driving impacting results, and identifying the levers we have to improve them.

  • Oversee incentives and trading plans collaborating with global teams to improve ROI and their delivery against our strategic priorities.

  • Lead, develop, and inspire a multi-functional team, measuring performance rigorously and fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion.
