Consulting Support Services - Creative Design Specialist (Staff)

We support end-to-end engagement lifecycle and project management activities that are essential to every engagement, region and competencies. We help in project coordination & management, financial analysis, engagement compliance & governance requirements across industries and countries.

 Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
 Coordinate with external vendors and freelancers as needed for content creation and design work.
 Analyze content performance metrics and use insights to improve content effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience of 1 to 2 years in creative and content designing.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and content management systems.
• Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear and engaging content.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with stakeholders at all levels.
