Thewill be Coordinating various compensation-related activities to ensure that the organization’s payroll is processed accurately and on time.
What a typical day looks like:
- Prepares, documents, and disburses payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments.
- Evaluates current systems - recommends and develops operating efficiency improvements.
- Comprehend the payroll systems, extract report as per the standard operating procedures
- Monitors and ensures the accuracy of the calculations, formulas, HC etc.
- Ensures Payroll forecasting and communicate appropriately with Treasury team.
- Hold up preparation and review of accruals of Over Time, shift, Meal, Periodical bonus, Annual Wage Salary, and Holiday reports as required.
- Hold up preparation of Manual Journal vouchers.
- Prepares reports illustrating payroll expenditures, including such items as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.
- Assist in completion of various audits for the unit hold up.
- Explore automation opportunities using various tools & techniques used by the department in contribution with various IT team.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and equivalent experience.
- A professional Human Resources certification is preferred.
- Strong Knowledge of Finance and accounting concepts.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency In MS Office.
