NVM Layout Engineer

Job Requirement:
- Expertise in layout design of non-volatile memory IPs from scratch to final delivery.
- Thorough understanding of memory architecture and SoC integration related constraints.
- Expertise in layout design of analog/mixed-signal circuits such as charge pumps, oscillators, precision voltage references, current references and LDOs.
- Deep understanding of reliability issues such as EM, IR, latch-up and debugging related issues.
- Proficient in industry standard layout design tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, PVS, etc.) and ability to adapt to a wide suite of custom EDA tools.
- Strong scripting skills and basic understanding of memory circuit design.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in memory layout design with a focus on NVM IPs - OTP, EEPROM, high voltage generators (esp charge pumps)
- Proven track record of delivering complete IP layout designs independently.
