Administrative tasks related to Tender Office to support the Preparation and submission of Quotes, Tender Awards and Contracts;
Monitoring public sources for new tender calls;
Interacting with the Sales Team to understand strategy, as well as company solutions and/or services being proposed;
Archive storage activities;
Attend customers’ requests (Internal and external);
Pricing Activities: Review of Price approvals, Price Books, List Price and Customer Price updates into SAP;
Daily use of the internal and external resources to ensure that high-quality and commercial agreements are produced and submitted by the required deadlines in line with corporate objectives, procedures and Company policies building an effective working relationship with people from other departments in the company;
Reporting of activities to P&T Supervisor;
Any other tasks related to the Tender Office activity, depending on the background and experience.
What are we looking for in you?
Background studies in Law/ADE/Economics and similar;
Proficient user of Microsoft Suite;
Customer Care orientation.
Fluent in Spanish (English and/or Portuguese is a plus);
Accuracy, attention to detail and analytical problem solver;
