As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist, you will:• Act as the primary point of contact for Treasury Management documentation review and approval for the DACA process, client incident letters, non-standard resolutions, name changes, as well as, other documentation requests.
• Provide feedback to Legal and Product in periodic meetings to improve customer experience, as well as, escalate issues outside of this role's scope of responsibility to legal as necessary.
• Ensure internal desktop procedures and Sharepoint site(s) are up to date.
• Make on-going recommendations to improve efficiencies in client onboarding (including account opening process , DACA process, and management of the Treasury Management documentation review mailbox) and accelerating revenue.
• Assist with daily and monthly internal QA processes for Treasury Management Client Care on-boarding, KYC, etc.
