The opportunity

• Experience of at least 4 years as an SAP consultant in the VIM module
• Knowledge of SAP MM/SD or SAP FI-CO
• Experience carrying out implementation projects and/or RollOuts
• Experience performing maintenance and evolutions
• Highly Valued: SAP Certification

Your key responsibilities

As a member of our team, you will have to perform the functions of a consultant for an international client:

• Direct dialogue with the client
• Resolution in a timely manner of requests for Corrective Support.
• AM ticket tracking and documentation.
• Estimation, Design and execution of Evolutions.
• Participation in projects in the SAP VIM area. Requirements gathering, construction, testing, training and production.
• Contact with the customer's departmental managers, understanding their business and adapting the functionalities of the tool (SAP) to their processes, needs and particular casuistry.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Demonstrable work experience in the technology, process and systems consulting sector.
• Experience in Systems Support and Maintenance Services.
• Good communication skills: customer-oriented, ability to provide training, ...
• Experience with the use of non-SAP tools: ticketing tools, tools for task management, organization and planning.
• Ability to Document and elaborate Deliverables of AM Services and Projects (Functional Documents, Manuals, ...).
• Ability to execute tasks while meeting commitment dates: SLAs
• Ability to detect risks, identify them, communicate them to project management to propose action plans.
• SAP VIM expertise. Very desirable to have knowledge in SAP MM/SD or SAP FI-CO.
• High level of Spanish and English .
• Creative, flexible and innovative person, with leadership.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Great sense of humor.
• Proficiency in German or another European language is an asset.
