As a Specialist, Quality Control, you will be responsible for shift operation & maintenance of manufacturing equipments. You will work with Manufacturing operations & extended team on engineering change management

You will:

Responsible of designing and developing robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shiftsix days working .
Responsible of designing and troubleshooting robotics and automation, through vision system, OCR & PLC programming in rotating shift with six days working
Responsible for New line setup through systematic approach of equipment integration.
Ensuring compliance with Lean and ISO standards

Essential Requirements

Experience in robotics programming and PLC automation interfaceDesign scalable and fast web applications,
Experience in the field of Machine Learning, Computer Vision Deep Learning & OCR solutions, object detection algorithmsDeep knowledge on Auto CAD for new & existing line design concept
Strong understanding of PLC troubleshooting & new program developmentExperience in creating software & executing automation scripts using open source tools (VB,SQL,Python)
Handle multiple strategic projects
