We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager with a strong technical and SaaS background, who can join us in building a market-leading API solution that revolutionize the way brands create, manage, adapt and distribute digital assets at scale.Responsibilities:Help define the next generations of Cloudinary's services that will broaden our presence in the image and video management world.Create detailed product requirements of new features, API capabilities, SDK interfaces, and development framework integrations.Define and maintain product roadmap together with the product leadership and in coordination with the company's executive team.Prioritise product development efforts by balancing feature requests, reported issues, customer requirements and business constraints.Perform ongoing analysis and research of customer requests, competitor capabilities, and industry trends in order to define the next versions of Cloudinary's cloud-based SaaS.Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products and features.Work closely with internal and external R&D, Technical writing, UI design, Customer Success, Solutions, Support and Marketing teams.Be a vital member of the Product team, master of your subject matters and a strong voice for the Cloudinary Developer Community.Requirements:Thrived as a Software Engineer or Architect for modern web applications and services for over 5 years.Excelled as a Product Manager for a SaaS product for more than 3 years.Possess a comprehensive grasp of the entire product development lifecycle, including strategic planning, requirements definition, UX/UI design, engineering, QA, and product delivery.Tech-savvy with hands-on experience in cutting-edge web technologies and intricate architectures.Embrace an authentic Agile mindset, driving Agile practices to foster team collaboration and expedite product delivery.Adept at making swift decisions in complex scenarios, showcasing rapid learning and adaptability.Flourish in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating strong teamwork skills.Hold a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.Fluent in both written and verbal English.Plus:Experience with managing Product Led Growth (PLG) products #LI-SL1
