Description
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end processing of landlord billings in Tririga, which includes invoice processing, vendor onboarding, banking updates, and portfolio due date tracking- Review and reconcile landlord statements to identify and correct any payment issues
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of full time relevant work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a global, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions and build effective partnerships
- Great teammate who is willing to assist other team members in getting the job done
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous and outstanding organizational skills
- Ability to exercise good judgement and discretion within Apple’s policies
- Proficient with Financial Databases (i.e. SAP); Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
