As a Business Analyst in SI Finance, you will drive the evolution of our clients' financial strategies and processes, identifying risks and crafting tailored strategies for improved operations that support their business objectives. Your expertise will guide the implementation of innovative financial systems to secure long-term growth in financial management.

Your key responsibilities

  • Support SI Finance tool users, manage their access with strict adherence to role-based rules, and ensure tool configuration.
  • Analyze business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and collaborate with Finance colleagues to document requirements and solutions.
  • Facilitate Key Users meetings to understand operational needs and propose custom solutions.
  • Create visual dashboards to communicate data analyses and interface with Global teams to turn business needs into technical specs.
  • Engage in the full cycle of solution implementation, from monitoring to evaluating effectiveness, and provide comprehensive user support and training.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Proven track record in a similar role, preferably within financial service transformation.
  • Analytical skills, quick understanding, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent team player with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Finance Business Analyst.
  • Dual expertise in the fields of Finance and IT.
  • Analytical skills and the ability to work with complex data sets.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of and willingness to learn tools such as SAP, SQL, Office 365, Power BI, Power Apps.
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written English and French (min. B2).

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Professional Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP)
  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence Tools: Ability to use BI tools like Power BI to interpret data, generate reports, and present insights.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.
  • University degree in business, finance, IT, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. is an advantage).
