In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead process design for Workflow Automation Tools or improvement initiatives
- Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
- Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
- Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks,
- Support process improvement initiatives, reviews, researches, compiles information, tests, and evaluates process and workflow data
- Prepare process requirements
- Provide operational and analytical support for Process Engineers
- Assist in identifying gaps and efficiency opportunities
- Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
- Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
- Make recommendations based on analyses
- Provide process updates with business partners, to ensure compliance with operative policies and regulations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements, impacts, and opportunities
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience is BPM, process modelling
- Must have experience in workflow automation tools, preferably Alfresco
- Metric dashboard visualization, preferably ELK
- Experience in leading a Process Improvement project would be an advantage
