What You’ll Do What You’ll Bring
- Build and lead a strong, motivated production team capable of consistently delivering high quality products against ambitious production targets
- Developing and ensuring a culture that prioritizes safety and quality through communication, action, and accountability
- Empower the production team to collaborate with engineering, quality and maintenance to improve product manufacturability and line productivity
- Development of the production team through participation in effective training and leadership development activities
- Support in resolving issues, including identifying their causes, and creating an environment for continuous learning and improvement
- Development supervisory team for individual professional development
- Ensuring that production teams use standardized approach to work and consistent work practices across all shifts and areas
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business or Technical discipline; or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability
- 5+ year experience managing teams of people in high volume manufacturing setting
- Experience in cell manufacturing preferred (other mass production industry is welcomed)
- Ability to work with and develop production performance metrics (efficiency, quality, safety, throughput, costs)
- Able to work well under pressure while managing competing requirements and short deadlines
- Clear communication with excellent written and verbal skills in German and English
- Strong organization skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident in the use of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
