- MS in Material Science and Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience
- Technical expertise in coating technologies, such as spin coating, roll to roll coating, etc.
- Knowledge of coating or relevant equipment design, maintenance, troubleshooting
- A proven record of successful build execution, process control, yield improvement
- Hands-on experience and consistent track record in relevant areas in coatings EQ and process, such as spin coating, roll to roll coating, slot die coating, etc.
- Expertise in sophisticated process technology development, and associated equipments & process enablement including semiconductor manufacturing, Roll to Roll manufacturing processes, etc.
- Experience in design of experiments and corresponding statistical data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex equipment and process challenges in a manufacturing setting
- Demonstration of ability to design and perform DOE, SPC and Failure Analysis.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate a multi-functional team
- Experience leading domestic and international vendors
- 3+ years of professional work experience in a related field
