Role & ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will lead scrum teams, facilitate scrum processes and be an Agile role model. You will coach and mentor multi-functional teams within the organization. You will also:
- Play a key role leading timelines and work according to Agile/Scrum methodologies to include PI planning, release planning, sprint planning, daily stand ups, retrospective meetings, stage gate management, risk management, and serve as a scrum of scrums
- Help the team resolve their velocity and use this to help our DevOps team perform the release planning
- Handle tickets and projects in Jira
- Work with Business Analysts, Product Owners and Technical Project Managers to ensure the product backlog is in good shape and ready for the next sprint
- Increase team efficiency and help the team turn the sprint retrospective meeting into an evolutionary experience
- Serve as process owner for the team, crafting a balance with the project's key customers (i.e. TPM, BA/PO, Tech leads)
- Ensure the scrum team lives by the values and practices of scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies
Minimum Qualifications- 10+ years experience leading Software development/test projects as Scrum Master or Technical Project/Program Manager
- 5+ years experience delivering salesforce.com or GTM projects
- 3+ years experience in Jira administration & management
- 3+ years experience with Agile development methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Project Management-Professional (PMP)
Preferred Qualifications- Understanding of security incident types, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and tools, tactics, and procedures (TTPs)
- Knowledge of the full SDLC, including methodologies, experience in business process analysis
- Experience with test planning and methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Independent worker who possesses sound time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
- Self motivated, able to work with autonomy and desire to challenge the status-quo
- Salesforce.com certifications
