Job responsibilities
- Identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
- Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
- Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
- Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
- Write the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain.
- 3+ years of experience in agile product delivery and/or business analysis, including enterprise business requirements.
- Proficient in the product development life cycle.
- Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business results.
- Effective at prioritizing and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with the ability to translate insights into action.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
