We are seeking for fresh talents to join our dynamic team as a SOC DFT Scan Engineer. You will work on designing, implementing, and testing Design for Test (DFT) solutions for System on Chip (SOC) products. You will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools and techniques to ensure the quality and manufacturability of our SOC designsKey Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of Scan DFT (Design for Test) features for SOC designsSupport the integration of DFT features into the overall chip design flow, ensuring that the designs are testable and meet the required quality standardsWork with cross-functional teams, including digital design, verification, and physical design engineers, to ensure smooth integration of DFT featuresParticipate in developing and running DFT test patterns and simulations to verify the Scan DFT of the SOC designPerform analysis on test coverage and provide recommendations for test improvementHelp develop scripts and automation tools to streamline the DFT process and enhance efficiency.Troubleshoot and debug DFT issues related to scan insertion and other test-related functions.Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve any DFT-related challenges in the design and testing phasesCandidate with Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related fieldKnowledge of digital design and test concepts (Scan, JTAG, BIST, etc.)Familiarity with hardware description languages like VHDL or VerilogUnderstanding of the SOC design flow and DFT toolsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issuesProficiency in scripting languages such as Python, TCL, or Perl is a plusAbility to work in a team environment and communicate effectivelyA willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills (Optional):Experience with DFT tools like Synopsys DFTMAX, Cadence Modus, or Mentor TessentFamiliarity with testbenches, simulation tools, and methodologiesExposure to working with physical design and timing closure conceptsWe offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry.
