Initiate a discovery process working with designers, researchers, product managers, and development (nationally and internationally) to understand user’s needs, pain-points and behaviors.
Coordinate Enterprise Design Thinking activities and stakeholder workshops to establish problem statements, and foundational concepts.Participate in an Agile environment such as user research and design workshops.
Analyze & synthesize research findings; distilling complexity and identify the right problems to solve.
Translate findings into usable, useful, effective user experiences.Manage check-in meetings for alignment, scope of work, phasing, and intermittent signoffs on project phases.
Provide information verbally and visually through low and mid-fidelity renderings and prototypes.Work with visual designers and developers to create to high-fidelity deliverables.
Provide detailed annotations to guide development through implementation.
Conduct regular check-ins and playbacks of implementation process.
Conduct quality assurance reviews to address and document any issues.
– Experience in user experience design role and performing the design activities to deliver successful outcomes for software, web, or mobile delivery.
– Strong portfolio of work demonstrating DesignThinking, design process, and solutions for web and mobile applications.
– Ability to take rough technical information and make it understandable and well presented.
– Ability to clearly communicate a design through storytelling that helps the audience develop empathy for the user, and clarity on what the user experience of the software will be.
– Ability to create designs at a variety of fidelity levels and understanding of the most appropriate techniques to gather the most useful feedback at different stages in the process.
– Experience designing and delivering for accessibility
– Experience with software tools for design, production, and implementation, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
– Experience with Enterprise data software
– Experience with Enterprise DesignThinking methodologies
– Experience with software tools for design, production, and implementation, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
