General overview:

The Sales Executive:

  • focuses on sales engagements (largely partner-driven and at times direct) with corporate customers in Ukraine’s mid-market segment, across majority of industries;
  • develops sales framework within country’s mid-market segment;
  • builds high-trust and thought-leadership relationships, tackling pain points and positioning holistic value of SAP products for their customers at all organisational levels;
  • acts as SAP brand ambassador in Ukrainian market.

Key Responsibilities:

- driving sales process:

- responsibility for creation, monitoring and review of sales pipeline, with consideration of solution & industry specialization areas, to meet the KPIs;

- being an expert on the competitive landscape;

- coordination with Account Executive, Public Sector& Defense, regarding available donor financing programs for mid-market digitization;

- active participation in in-country conducted external forums, representing SAP and positioning its products. Performing as Social media SAP ambassador in the market, including business social media;

Requirements & Skills:

- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in corporate segment, preferably in Enterprise technology. Successful sales track record and excellent market reputation is must;

- understanding indirect B2B sales dynamics;

- knowledge of Ukrainian Enterprise technology market is a plus;

- local corporate market network;

- strong integrity, personally and professionally;

- high level of energy, autonomy, proactivity, creativity and innovative ideas, discipline, accuracy and responsibility;

- active business social media player, public speaker is a plus;

- English - advanced+; Ukrainian - fluent.
