As per the business needs, which might vary, you will conduct the following tasks (but is not limited to this list):
Provide architecture advisory services
Lead and support Compensation / Variable Pay projects in the SAP SuccessFactors area including supporting partner engagements and playing a key role during customer escalations.
Lead near-shore and off-shore consultants on projects, together with the Project Manager.
Bring thought leadership in your domain of expertise.
YOUR PROFILE
Holding abachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Information Technology, Business Engineering, Applied Economics, Human Resources or equivalent OR demonstrable knowledge and experience gained in another way.
Solid experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors Compensation / Variable Pay solution plus ideally covering also other functional SAP SuccessFactors skill areas (e.g. Employee Central (EC))
Ideally solid experience in acting as Solution Architect on SAP SuccessFactors projects
Great communicator, organized, and quick at learning and understanding new technology skills with an aptitude and passion for working with people.
Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills who is eager to always learn.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Good understanding of SAP cloud and hybrid deployment models
Agile mindset.
Able to negotiate on all levels with customer/partners and with internal stakeholders.
Can manage well his/her own work-life balance situation.
Able to interpret and translate SAP’s Strategy in your daily work and to others.
