Key Responsibilities:

• Perform intake\routing and closing processes of all data activity related requests in JIRA
• Identify and communicate recommendations for business process risk mitigation and control improvement
• Able to document findings, keep detailed records, recommending further review and provide support for further investigations ​​​​​​​
• Develop positive working relationships with all business partners, and other risk and control framework partners to maintain an open environment for collaboration, risk identification, and issue solving/resolution
• Manage, self-organize, meet deliverables according to project and task schedule

Required Skills:

• Functional industry experience in operations, risk, controls
• Strong and confident communication skills
• Adept at explaining and converting complex concepts into digestible information to be consumed by audiences at various levels of the business
• Demonstrated very high level of professionalism and sense of urgency
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments, achieve deadlines and deliver quality results within a team environment
• Flexible and adaptable in response to changing demands
