Software Project Leader

• End-to-end managing of a project to develop a product, technology, system, solutions, services.
• Gaining agreements on and achieving project objectives, balancing schedule, cost, quality, and requirements, ensuring effective introduction of products, technologies, systems, solution, or services.
• Gathers and integrates project performance and progress information. Reports on the progress to senior management and to the project members.
• Manage expectation of internal and external stakeholders.
• Deploys process improvements, supports continuous improvement of teams, and makes the project organization efficient and transparent.
• Ensures that there is an effective transfer and archiving of the project results and the associated knowledge.
• Coaches and directs project team members and gives them operational guidance, both technically and organizationally, including agile development when applicable.
• Identifies the risks and develops scenarios to overcome these risks by defining corrective actions and driving the projects to closure.
• Manages next to product development the operational activities (DevOps) to sustain our IoT products in the field.
• Work close with cyber security and privacy team to make sure all requirement related to ISO/IEC27001 and latest privacy regulation is fulfilled and certified.
• Manage cloud based service provider in deploying feature to our product and delivering solutions & services to our customers
• Manage team to integrate cloud based services into our products
• Managing and empowering assigned resources between the projects and programs, ensuring they are executed according to business strategy and goals.
• defining and achieving driven edge project goals within constraints of budget, time, quality, and strategic boundary conditions.
• handling the involved risks and take corrective actions if the project runs out of your plan.
• Running the development related activities from Value Proposition Creation, Advanced Development until New Product Introduction and ensure a solid handover to the Lifecycle Maintenance team.
• Setting up, together with your team, a review structure that provides efficient insight into the status of the project.You're the right fit if:

Bachelor degree or above in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or relative discipline
• Solid experience (10 years+) working on smart digital product development lifecycles with OEM/ODM suppliers.
• Excellent at working closely with product owners, software architects using agile processes and tools
• Business acumen including understanding of the process of developing value proposition and business case
• Seniority in behavior and experience to move and inspire others on different levels.
• Ability to quickly switch gears between detailed analyses and longer-term higher-level processes.
• The ability to balance innovation and practical realization, can balance risks and opportunities to enable innovative solutions.
• A strong leader and a team builder. You are an excellent communicator and motivator, skilled in managing interpersonal processes.
• Effective in communication and negotiation, strong oral and written English, able to continuously challenge the status quo, with a strong desire to improve organizational efficiency structurally.
• Experience with ISO27001, and latest App development framework
• Experience within a regulated industry required (medical devices desirable, along with knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations IEC 62304 and ISO 13485) would be a strong plus
• Strong understanding of financial analysis tools preferred. Ability to innovate cost-saving ideas preferred.
• Professional knowledge of project management methods and estimation techniques (resources, time, and risks) for the relevant technical/functional field. Strong product development lifecycle process knowledge and experience, PMP certified, Six-sigma knowledge required.
