Your key responsibilities
- Collaborate with other architects, business analysts, and developers to assess business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions within Salesforce and nCino platforms.
- Assist in the architectural planning, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and technical standards.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the nCino Banking Operating System and its integration with Salesforce, with the ability to leverage its functionality to meet business needs.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high development standards and to ensure scalability and functionality of the solutions.
- Contribute to the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, process flows, and deployment guides.
- Stay current with new Salesforce and nCino features and functionality to recommend improvements and innovations.
- Aid in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during development, testing, and post-deployment stages.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that the final product aligns with business requirements and expectations.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to grow expertise in Salesforce and nCino.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce development and administration.
- Experience with nCino Banking Operating System.
- Understanding of Salesforce architecture and knowledge of Salesforce best practices and guidelines.
- Proficiency in Salesforce programming languages (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
- Familiarity with Salesforce integration patterns and experience with Salesforce APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
Ideally, you will also have:
- Platform Developer II Certification
- nCino Certification
