Role and Responsibilities
- Closely work with the stakeholders in managing day-day engagement lifecycle management activities.
- Track the engagement throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Ensuring compliance throughout the various stages of the engagement lifecycle.
- Take ownership of all the tasks and maintaining the turnaround time for all the requests with quality and efficiency.
- Assist the engagement teams in preparation of contractual documents.
- Manage the engagement economics of engagements and presenting budget vs actuals analysis.
- Develop in depth knowledge of the EMS process and gain knowledge on different EY tools such as Mercury/Dynamics, PACE, AML, QRM procedures.
- Support the teams in reporting activities.
- Ensuring the work is delivered with 100% review.
- Should be able to manage Stakeholders and should be proactively giving them updates regarding the engagement lifecycle.
- Should be available for quick delivery of work.
- Ability to multitask between people management role and working on tasks assigned to them individually.
- Should be able to handle and resolve escalations.
Qualification
- Graduate (or) Preferably Postgraduate (or) MBA (Ops/General) (or) equivalent.
Skillset required
- Good knowledge of MS suite.
- Proactive in nature.
- Have an aptitude to comprehend data into meaningful information.
- Ability to come up the learning curve by developing in-depth knowledge of various processes.
- Have an eye for detail to ensure consistency in quality of work products.
- Stakeholder management and identifying any new work opportunity to broaden the existing scope of work.
- Mercury knowledge from an engagement perspective will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Ranks/Experience
- Analyst : Upto 3 years of experience
- Advanced Analyst : 3-5 years of experience
