Manage technical pre-sales and RFP processes with potential customers in the automotive industry
Lead key areas in the product roadmap
Initiate and lead technical discussions with the customers
Support other Business group activities such as market research, authoring product specifications, biz-dev activities, attending trade shows and events, and more
Requirements
Bachelor's or higher degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5 years in product management, program management, or technical project management
Strong technical foundation, especially in multi-disciplinary products that involve hardware, software, mechanical and optical components
Extensive customer-facing experience, with a balanced focus on both inbound and outbound product management (50%/50%)
Proven ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to senior management
A team player with a strong collaborative spirit—essential for success in this role
Results-oriented, with a "get things done" approach
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed work environment
Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred
Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Willing to travel for 3 to 5 days is a standard trip - one time per quarter
