Job Title:

Remote US

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand business needs and goals.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Document business requirements and functional specifications for new projects or improvements.
• Lead or support the implementation of new business processes, systems, or tools.
• Provide support in process improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects.
• Assist in the development of training materials and support the training of staff on new systems or processes.
• Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business objectives are being met.
• Assist in the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Provide project management support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or prior experience in business analysis or data analysis.
• Basic understanding of cloud architecture, project management, organizational resource management etc.
• Familiarity with process mapping and modeling tools (e.g., Visio).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
