Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges to ensure that Veeva system configurations align with their goals.
• Provide expert guidance on Veeva best practices, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the release management lifecycle, including scheduling, coordinating, and the management of releases across the engagement.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure successful adoption of Veeva systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, content, marketing and sales, to ensure seamless system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process or post-deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Veeva releases and updates, and advise clients on how to leverage new features and enhancements.

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of total IT industry experience, with at least 3 years in implementing Veeva Vault/ CRM solutions for Life Sciences clients.
• Veeva certification is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of the life sciences industry and regulatory environment is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
