Key Responsibilities
- Identify and collect overdue accounts to minimize outstanding debts
- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts to settle balances immediately in full
- Monitor overdue debtors, identify and action significant collection risk issues and minimize overall DSO bad debt and write off.
- Communicate proactively and clearly with internal and external customers on significant issues to indicate progress and to resolve issues
- Ensure that allocation issues are handled satisfactorily by working closely with the Accounts Receivable Team
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable governmental regulations

- Basic Job Knowledge (3 - 5 years)

- Business proficient in English and Vietnamese
- Hybrid work arrangements - this role is required for 40% in person office attendance per week
- This role supports work visa sponsorship for eligible candidates but not relocation
