KeyResponsibilities:

• Configuration, Diagnoses Fault, repairs and Programming of building services (e.g. Security, Access control, HVAC, BMS control, and Third-Party Systems)
• Software load and Configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required
• Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment
• Minor Project management of service projects and small works
• Technical consulting, design and implementation of Honeywell Systems

KeyExperience & Capabilities:

• 4+ years of experience as a Service Technician
• Strong experience in building (HVAC/BMS) Systems including troubleshooting, fault finding and problem diagnosis
• Fault finding and repairs to Electronic equipment
• Intermediate to High computer skills
• Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an advantage
