• Drives business performance and provides decision support to business leaders.• Responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis for their respective business organisation.• Identifies and monitors risks, exposures and opportunities and ensures action and follow up.• Works systematically to reduce the working capital needs.• Ensures compliance with Nokia accounting principles, internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) policies, procedures and reporting. Maintains productive relationships with internal / external stakeholders and authorities.• Acts as a professional leader for staff / workteam / taskforces, often the most senior specialist in a team, who serves as best practice resource within own organisational unit and / or is recognised as an expert within the same professional area in the business.• Often leads functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk and complexity, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
Provide support in audit and tax matters, ensuring compliance with country specific regulations and contributing to accurate reporting and timely submissions
Deep exposure to SAP environment and project reporting, ensuring accurate data management and comprehensive financial insights
