This role is related to Liquidity Reporting produced from GLRS . Interaction will be with contacts from Country Treasury, Finance, Market Risk and Project Managers to deliver BAU and/or project requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
In this role, you’re expected to:
- Ensures that BAU requirements performed, executed and delivered within the agreed timelines to maintain customer satisfaction
- Ensures reasonability of results by validating the output against agreed thresholds and business expectations
- Communicates regularly with business stakeholders
- Provide or propose tactical and/or strategic solutions to issues encountered in the BAU
- Handles queries from stakeholders (i.e. Country or Regional Treasury, Finance or Market Risk) regarding the BAU reports
- Assists in training new team members or coaching other team members when doing the job
- Participates in customer calls as needed
- May also be assigned to Project activities to support the Treasury Reporting Team
As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:
- Experience in Finance, Financial Services or Accounting Internship preferred
- Experience in working in a bank or financial institution
- Background in Treasury, specifically in market risk or balance sheet management, is an advantage
- Background in Liquidity Risk reporting preferred
- Proficient in the use of office applications (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint); knowledge of MS Access is an advantage
- Experience working in cross-cultural global teams or a shared services organization is an advantage
- Project-related experience desirable
