What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Dell’s global paid search program. You’ll focus on developing innovative approaches, building scalable best practices, and advancing channel excellence across all paid search advertising formats. Acting as a strategic and operational partner to the Global Paid Search Director, you’ll bring deep channel expertise and collaborate with regional teams to drive continuous improvement and high-quality execution.
You will:
- Support the development and execution of global and regional paid search initiatives
- Drive the development of best-in-class campaign templates, testing frameworks, and channel-specific best practices across all formats and campaign types
- Collaborate with global teams, regional stakeholders, and external partners to deliver best-in-class execution
- Ensure paid search planning aligns with broader marketing and business goals
- Contribute to campaign implementation and optimization, working with execution teams to ensure high-quality delivery
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with10+ years of experience in Paid Search Campaigns
- Advanced proficiency in paid search platforms such as SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads
- Significant hands-on experience managing large-scale paid search campaigns across multiple markets
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working in a cross-regional or global marketing environment
Desirable Requirements
- Up-to-date knowledge of search engine marketing trends, automation tools, and campaign formats
- Advanced project management skills with a focus on execution and cross-functional collaboration
