Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience working in an accounting firm or working in multinational companies
- Experience with tax or audit filing within the Asia Pacific region
- Ability to communicate in English fluently to support the whole APAC region
Preferred qualifications:
- Professional qualification: CPA, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in SQL including Google sheets and scripting
- Experience using SAP S4 HANA and understanding of accounting principles, including US GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Ability to evaluate large, complex datasets and synthesize these to identify gaps and summarize core issues to assist in decision making
- Ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and interact with people at all levels of a company
