Develop regional sales plan and implementing the strategy based on divisional sales tasks and targets;
Develop and maintain channels within the region in alignment with the company's overall channel strategy and management objectives of the regional sales center.
Build out and maintaining the marketing platform within the coverage, and promote the company's branding, culture and value;
Collect, update, and analyze the information about market, channel and customer within the region;
Fulfill other tasks assigned by the manager.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Full Time Bachelor's degree or above;
More than 4 years of experience in mutual fund, securities or bank;
Familiar with distribution channels in the fund industry as well as the target client groups, and capable to select channels and carry out marketing according to the product nature;
Demonstrated ability to implement strategies effectively while maintaining a strong sense of service under pressure;
Proficient in public speaking with good communication skill.
Possess team spirit along with an energetic personality willing to communicate frequently;
