Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering or Telecom Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in DWDM or TCP/IP or system design operations methodology.
- 2 years of experience in network installation, network configuration, network infrastructure, network operations, optical engineering and operations, IP backbone, and project management.
- Experience working with field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications environment.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in directing field operation technicians, engineers, contractors, or vendors in a telecommunications working environment.
- Knowledge of ISP/OSP network architecture, data center architecture.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
