Key job responsibilities
- Hire, on-board, train, and develop new Solutions ArchitectsA day in the life【Note】- There will be occasional travels domestically and internationally【About AWS】

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related field of study
- 15+ years within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics)
- 5+ years in a technical leadership role, developing teams of independent, motivated technologists
- Experience in developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformation toward cloud computing
- Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, publications
- Fluent Japanese and English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)

- MBA Degree or equivalent
- Broad technology experience including: cloud architecture, applications development, relational databases, NoSQL databases, analytics, machine learning, networking, security, storage, DevOps, containers, serverless, CI/CD, management and monitoring, cloud migrations, IT transformation.
- Experience architecting/designing solutions ideally built on the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy solutions to the cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly.
