Monday Technical Product Manager - Extensions Framework Core

In this role, you will:

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for monday.com’s extensibility infrastructure and tools that empower thousands of developers - internal and external - as well as millions of users to build apps, features, and entire products on top of .
• Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and developer experience, owning capabilities like extension schema frameworks, APIs, app runtime, and tooling for modular development.
• Collaborate closely with internal platform and product teams to ensure monday’s building blocks - UI, backend, and data - are easy to extend, customize, and scale.

• 3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or platform roles
• Strong technical foundation; able to engage deeply with engineering on system design, APIs, dev tools, and architecture
• Data-driven and curious; comfortable diving into product metrics, developer feedback, and telemetry to inform decisions
• Strong project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across many internal interfaces
• Excellent communicator; able to explain technical concepts to cross-functional product and engineering teams and leadership, and align stakeholders around platform vision
• Independent, proactive, and organized - can own a complex technical area end-to-end while moving fast and prioritizing impact
• Bonus: experience with marketplaces, modular design systems, or no-code/low-code ecosystems
